Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience managing Agile teams and using project management tools. Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
