Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across multiple devices and platforms. Ensure applications comply with industry standards , security policies , and internal performance benchmarks. Lead incident response activities, perform root cause analysis , and drive continuous improvements to system reliability and technical debt reduction. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver robust technical solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs. Contribute to project planning, agile ceremonies , resource estimation, and product roadmap execution. Prepare and maintain technical documentation , support guides, and architectural artifacts. Lead and support the implementation of automated testing , CI/CD pipelines, and quality assurance best practices. Define, track, and analyze KPIs to monitor application health, performance, and development velocity
