Identifying, prioritizing, and executing process improvement projects that align with Envalior's strategic objectives. Developing and implementing robust methodologies for improving operational performance, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety. Monitoring key performance indicators and providing insightful analysis to drive data-informed decision-making. Collaborating with stakeholders to create buy-in for change initiatives, ensuring effective communication throughout project lifecycles. Training and mentoring team members on Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies. Promoting a culture of accountability and excellence, celebrating successes and learning from failures. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field. A strong background with 5-10 years in process improvement within the manufacturing sector. Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred). Proven track record of managing successful improvement projects from conception to execution. Exceptional leadership and people management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to articulate ideas effectively and inspire others. Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day operations. Results-driven mindset with a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
