Continuously improve outreach strategies through A/B testing and data analysis. Stay up to date with industry trends and our product offerings to provide informed conversations with prospects. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching to enhance sales skills and effectiveness. 1-3 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or similar role in a tech environment. Proven track record of success in both outbound and inbound lead generation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools. Bilingual (Portuguese and Spanish) is required. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team. High level of resilience, persistence, and motivation to meet and exceed targets. Excellent time management and organizational skills. A passion for technology and a keen interest in SaaS solutions. Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting is highly desirable.
