Clinical Audits: Conduct regular and surprise audits across all departments (Clinical, OT, Nursing, Lab, Pharmacy, and Legal) to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Emergency Oversight: Act as the primary point of contact for all patient emergencies, ensuring rapid, effective response protocols are in place. 2. Legal & Statutory Compliance Regulatory Management: Ensure full compliance with all government requirements, licenses, and permits. Manage legal escalations and maintain all necessary paperwork for ART-related processes, including surrogacy and donor documentation. 3. Strategic Coordination & Resource Management Leadership Alignment: Work in close collaboration with the Fertility Director and Clinical Chairperson to execute the organizational strategic plan. External Talent: Identify, negotiate, and manage external medical consultants (anesthetists, surgeons, physicians), ensuring seamless availability and quality of care. Partnership Management: Oversee relationships with ART banks and manage internal bank operations, including the logistics of egg and semen donors. 4. Innovation & Efficiency Process Optimization: Identify and implement technology-driven process changes to reduce "time-to-conceive" and "cost-to-conceive" for patients. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal research partners to integrate innovative clinical practices that enhance patient experience and institutional efficiency. Growth Roadmap: Phased Departmental Ownership We believe in intentional growth. Following a successful induction period, your scope will expand to include direct oversight of: Lab Management: Biochemistry, Pathology, Hematology, and Andrology labs (6 months). Embryology Operations: Oversight of specialized lab workflows and external PGTA/ERA partnerships (6–12 months). Clinical Leadership: Management of all clinicians, clinical justice protocols, and overall IVF/IUI success rates (12 months). Pharmacy & Research: Strategic purchasing, inventory management, treatment protocol oversight, and driving high-impact academic research (12 months). Required Qualifications & Competencies Educational Background: MBBS with a professional management degree (MBA or MHA). Professional Experience: 10+ years of experience in hospital administration or clinical operations, preferably in high-volume, multi-disciplinary setups. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare legal standards, particularly regarding ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) regulations. Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to manage large, diverse teams and influence clinical stakeholders through data-driven reporting and audit feedback.
