To support this growth, we are looking for a Business Solutions Analyst who can bridge business needs and engineering execution with clarity and discipline. This role is critical to Skysun’s success. Role Overview You will act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the engineering team. Your responsibility is to translate evolving business requirements into clear, technically grounded specifications while maintaining system integrity, engineering focus, and delivery velocity. You will work closely with engineers on a day-to-day basis and collaborate with leadership teams in the US. Key Responsibilities : Business to Technology Translation Work with business stakeholders to understand goals, constraints, and priorities Challenge vague or rapidly changing requirements to identify root problems Convert business needs into structured, technically informed requirements System & Workflow Analysis Map end-to-end workflows across CRM, middleware, and web applications Identify downstream impacts of changes on data, integrations, and users Highlight technical trade-offs, risks, dependencies, and sequencing implications Delivery Enablement Break down initiatives into clear, actionable requirements for engineers Define scope boundaries and actively prevent scope creep Support engineering teams with clarifications, acceptance criteria, and context Change & Prioritization Control Help leadership understand the technical cost and complexity of changes Support prioritization decisions based on effort vs business impact Maintain alignment between fast-moving business needs and system stability Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst Strong experience working closely with engineering teams on software products Good understanding of APIs, integrations, data models, and system workflows (conceptual) Ability to reason about technical impact without being a developer Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in fast-changing and ambiguous environments Nice to Have Experience with CRM / ERP platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, etc.) Exposure to cloud-based or serverless architectures Experience in operations-heavy domains (solar, field services, logistics, fintech) Experience working with international stakeholders What Success Looks Like Engineers are rarely blocked by unclear requirements Reduced mid-sprint requirement changes Business stakeholders understand trade-offs before committing to changes Systems evolve in a deliberate and scalable manner Why Join Skysun High-ownership role with real influence on systems and product direction Close collaboration with engineering teams and leadership Opportunity to work in a fast-growing clean energy business Chance to build modern systems from the ground up
