This role sits directly under the Head of Marketing and acts as the central engine that translates strategy into high-quality, on-time delivery across teams. Execution Ownership • Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across channels • Translate strategic plans into actionable briefs, timelines, and deliverables • Ensure zero drop-offs between ideation and go-live 2. TEAM COORDINATION • Act as the single point of contact between design, content, performance, product, and external agencies • Align cross-functional teams to deliver against campaign goals • Run structured sprint planning and consistent follow-ups 3. PROJECT & TIMELINE MANAGEMENT • Build and manage detailed project plans with clear milestones • Track progress, flag risks early, and eliminate bottlenecks • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and at expected quality standards without exceptions 4. LEAD MANAGEMENT & FUNNEL COORDINATION • Own the lead flow lifecycle from vendor handoff to inside sales conversion • Act as the bridge between Vendor Manager and Inside Sales to ensure zero lead leakage • Ensure proper lead allocation, tracking, and hygiene within CRM systems • Identify funnel drop-offs and proactively resolve them with relevant teams • Create structured weekly reports on lead performance and optimization areas 5. QUALITY CONTROL • Maintain brand consistency across all assets and channels • Review deliverables before final approvals • Ensure all outputs align with strategy and defined standards 6. DATA & REPORTING • Track campaign and lead performance in collaboration with performance marketing and sales teams • Share execution-level insights and learnings with the Head of Marketing • Maintain dashboards for campaign tracking and funnel visibility 7. PROCESS IMPLEMENTATION • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to implement systems, workflows, and SOPs • Build scalable processes for both campaign execution and lead management • Continuously improve operational efficiency across teams WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR & REQUIRED QUALIFICATION • 7+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or lead lifecycle management • Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and CRM systems • Experience working with inside sales teams and external vendors/agencies • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders, drive clarity, and ensure alignment across teams • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities without compromising on deadlines • Highly detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving and execution • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with consistency and reliability WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE • Campaigns are executed seamlessly and delivered on schedule without delays • Leads are managed efficiently with clear visibility and minimal leakage • Cross-functional teams operate with alignment and clarity • Deadlines are consistently met without follow-ups or escalations.
