Manage all aspects of the ERP lifecycle — from setup, configuration, and troubleshooting to upgrades and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, sales, logistics, accounting) to ensure data consistency and process alignment. Lead user training, documentation, and ongoing support to improve adoption and data integrity. Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making. Oversee integrations with PLM, EDI, accounting, and third-party platforms. Partner with IT and leadership to implement process improvements and ensure system scalability. Manage permissions, security, and compliance within ERP systems. Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with CGS BlueCherry ERP within the apparel or fashion manufacturing industry. Proven track record managing ERP implementations or optimizations end-to-end. Deep understanding of production planning, inventory management, order fulfillment, and costing within apparel operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset. Ability to translate operational needs into efficient ERP configurations and workflows. Proficiency in SQL reporting or other BI tools a plus. Excellent communication and project management skills; able to work cross-functionally and train non-technical users.
