Success is measured by one metric: sales. The right candidate will have an unstoppable work ethic, a competitive nature, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Duties and Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth through outbound customer outreach (calls, emails, and other methods). Deliver compelling sales presentations to new and existing customers, addressing questions and overcoming objections effectively. Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM tools. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals, adjusting strategies as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute sales strategies within assigned accounts. Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques. Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and travel to customer accounts for relationship building and merchandising improvements. Requirements: EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS Hungry & Competitive : Proven track record of working hard, going beyond expectations, and striving for success both professionally and financially. High Likability : Naturally personable, extroverted, and able to connect easily with strangers. Smart & Resourceful : Able to learn quickly using available resources, including online tools and AI. Tech-Savvy : Comfortable learning and using software and AI tools extensively to maximize efficiency.
