Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual appeal. Ability to follow creative direction while adding your own flair. Familiarity with social media video specs and trends. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Nice to Have (Optional): Experience with color correction, sound design, or thumbnail creation. Knowledge of AI editing tools (Runway, Pika, etc.). Background in marketing or content creation.
