Support the Director of Merchandise Planning or Senior Manager of Supply Chain Operations with operational reporting. Assist with logistics documentation and shipment reconciliation. Identify operational improvements that enhance shipping efficiency. Potential growth responsibilities: Support chargeback management processes. Assist with trade spend tracking and reporting. Participate in logistics optimisation initiatives. Requirements: Previous experience in shipping, logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Experience managing shipment documentation and tracking logistics processes. Ability to work cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and merchandising teams. Proficiency with spreadsheets and logistics tracking systems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously. Preferred: Experience working with retail or e-commerce supply chains. Familiarity with chargeback processes or trade spend management.
