Scope of the Role We are seeking a highly analytical Ad Operations Specialist with a deep understanding of paid social platforms and campaign optimization for lead generation success . The ideal candidate will be passionate about performance marketing, tracking accuracy, and continuous testing to improve results across multiple digital channels. Duties and Responsibilities: Audit, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to ensure top performance and ROI. Oversee pixel and CAPI tracking implementation and troubleshoot discrepancies. Test and analyze campaign structures, including lookalike audiences , Advantage+ campaigns , and other new platform features. Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to ensure lead quality and conversion rates meet client expectations. Set up and manage paid social campaigns ( Meta , LinkedIn) when needed. Support campaign reporting and data flow by integrating ad channels into HubSpot and setting up workflows when applicable. Stay updated on platform updates, privacy changes, and attribution models to enhance performance marketing strategy. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in digital ad operations or paid social campaign management . Proven success managing B2B Meta and LinkedIn campaigns with measurable lead generation outcomes. Strong understanding of pixel tracking, CAPI, and attribution systems . Experience using Meta Business Manager , LinkedIn Campaign Manager , and Google Ads . Moderate experience in Google Search, Display, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, and Twitter Ads . Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub is a strong plus (workflow creation, CRM integration, reporting). Data-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and time zones.
