Excellent spoken and written English 2+ years experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset.
