Meets and exceeds territory growth targets. Ability to travel independently in the community to attend meetings with referral sources and the public. Demonstrates ability to develop basic clinical knowledge to support and present KeystoneCare’s marketing activities and services. Manages existing accounts to ensure continued and deepening partnership. Coordinates post-acute discharge for homecare and hospice with case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and physicians to provide a seamless transition to home or SNF. Regularly provides update to management team on prior period activities and upcoming marketing plan. Ability to communicate at all levels with the healthcare community. Develops and participates in Community education and outreach events. Prior Healthcare industry experience required; Including Hospice/Home Health College Degree from an accredited college and 2 plus years’ experience and/or equivalent training Excellent written and oral communication skills Preferable work experience includes clinical work, customer service, or other sales experience Possess the ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals Well organized, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple priorities Reliable vehicle Driver's License and Car Insurance in good standing
