Learning & Development Seek feedback and guidance from both Lead & Senior Designers to improve skills in design principles and organic-specific tools Essential : Professional experience in a design or digital marketing role. Creative Suite Proficiency: Strong knowledge and skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Video & Motion Basics: Basic knowledge of After Effects and experience with video editing tools like Premiere or Final Cut Pro. User Experience: A solid grasp of UX principles and how they apply to digital products. Desirable : Organic Channel Expertise: Strong understanding of organic marketing channels including Customer Engagement, SEO, CRO and Marketplaces. Development Appreciation: Experience or appreciation of website development. Core Competences, Skills and Personal Attributes Essential: Proactive Mindset: Self-motivated with a "can-do" approach.
