We want to make our teams smarter, faster, and more effective using AI. As Head of AI Enablement & Productivity, you’ll transform how Lucidya operates internally. You won’t build the product, you’ll make the company itself smarter. You’ll identify the highest-leverage opportunities to automate, streamline, and optimize workflows across every department. You’ll measure success not by how busy people are, but by how much impact they can create. This role reports directly to the CEO and is highly visible: your work will directly shape company-wide productivity, empower employees to focus on value-creating tasks, and set Lucidya apart as a truly AI-native organization. What You’ll Do You’ll obsess over productivity and results across all departments. Your day-to-day will look like this: Map & Prioritize AI Opportunities: Audit workflows across Marketing, Sales, CX, HR, Finance, Engineering, and Product. Identify the most impactful areas for AI automation and build a company-wide roadmap with measurable milestones. Implement & Execute: Lead end-to-end AI and automation projects. Select and manage external AI tools, vendors, and platforms. Ensure every initiative moves from pilot to full adoption. Upskill & Enable Teams: Build internal AI literacy programs, coach AI champions, and create playbooks, templates, and prompts. Ensure adoption isn’t just technical, it’s behavioral. Measure Impact: Track KPIs like revenue per employee, time saved, or customer satisfaction improvements. Publish monthly AI Enablement Scorecards for the CEO and leadership team. Governance & Standards: Maintain a centralized registry of AI tools, enforce data security and compliance, and ensure alignment with Saudi and enterprise regulations. Your success will be measured by: 3-5x company output without proportional headcount growth Measurable productivity gains across all departments within 6 months Tangible ROI from AI and automation initiatives Who You Are You’ve been in roles where executing was more important than just advising. You’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and have a track record of delivering measurable results through AI and automation. You know the modern AI ecosystem - LLMs like GPT, Claude, Gemini, automation tools like Zapier or Make, and no-code/low-code platforms. You’re comfortable working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex, cross-functional environments. In practice, you: Take initiative to understand processes, people, and pain points without waiting for instructions Can translate complex AI concepts into simple, actionable steps for any team Don’t just plan, you roll up your sleeves and execute Are collaborative but persuasive, able to get buy-in from stakeholders who may be resistant Have worked in medium-to-large tech or SaaS organizations, ideally 400+ employees Speak English fluently; Arabic is a strong plus Experience & Background: 5-8 years in operations, consulting, or technology roles with proven AI/automation implementation Experience scaling B2B SaaS operations is a strong plus Management consulting or top-tier tech ops experience is desirable Familiarity with MENA business context, ideally GCC/Saudi Arabia What the hiring process will look like Screening call with our recruitment team Culture-fit interview - 45min Technical interview with CEO - 1 hour Case study / panel presentation with CTO and executive leadership - 90 minutes
