Working 40 to 45 hours a week Monday to Friday from 6.30am with flexibility on finishing times and a salary of £12.75 per hour. In addition, we offer an excellent range of benefits and facilities. Check the cuts of meat to ensure they are in line with specification, ensuring it meets with our high quality standards Be able to recognise the different cuts of meat - full training will be given Arrange the meat in packaging, complying with customer specifications Weigh product and ensure correct Reject any items (including packaging) which does not meet our quality specifications Adhere to Health & Safety rules and procedures Work in a cold environment Be a team player
