Mentor junior creatives, fostering a culture of curiosity, creative bravery, and high-quality output. Contribute to agency-wide initiatives that push the boundaries of socially-led creativity. Skills and experience 5-7+ years’ experience in creative roles within leading digital or social-led agencies. Proven track record of creating social-first ideas that drive conversation and impact culture. Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to sell-in complex ideas simply and persuasively. Deeply plugged into internet culture, creator trends, and the nuances of emerging platforms. Holistic brand builder who can define visual and verbal voices across art and copy. Experienced mentor who can provide clear creative direction while fostering a collaborative team environment. Proactive, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple projects and timelines with a "can-do" approach.
