Ensure compliance with contracts, company policies, and regulatory requirements Vendor & Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendor partners, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders (procurement, engineering, operations) to ensure seamless execution of projects and programs Monitor vendor performance, including quality, delivery timelines, and cost metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives Lead business reviews with vendors to assess performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for optimization Build and influence vendor relationships to align with business objectives, ensuring successful project execution and strong end-customer satisfaction. Support new vendor onboarding, qualification, and integration processes Stay informed on market trends, supply chain disruptions, and industry developments to proactively advise stakeholders   Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier evaluation experience Proven ability to manage vendor/client relationships and influence outcomes Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in [industry: e.g., hardware, manufacturing, technology, etc.] Knowledge of global sourcing and supply chain operations Certification such as CPSM, CSCP, or PMP is a plus Key Competencies Strategic thinking and cost optimization Relationship management and influencing skills Data-driven decision-making Project and stakeholder management Risk management and adaptability Salary range offered for this position is between 85,000- 100,000 annually.
