Role Overview: Indirect Team Representatives focus on supporting partners at a national level, ensuring effective onboarding, verification, and activation of new merchants. Key Responsibilities: Assist partners in onboarding, verifying, and activating new merchants; Identify and engage new prospective partners to promote company’s collaboration framework; Escalate partner requests by opening cases for issues beyond their resolution capacity; Serve as the first point of contact for partners; Drive production and growth within the Indirect Team; Interest in AI-powered tools and openness to working in AI-enhanced environments. 2+ years of experience in working cross-functionally to enhance partner relationships and business impact;  Ability to identify both business potential and added value in technology-driven commercial solutions;  Be a strong stakeholder with engagement skills and the ability to interact confidently with a wide variety of people at all levels;  Be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver parallel projects;  Strong language skills with the ability to speak English at business level.
