The position offers flexibility while allowing you to make meaningful contributions to our patients' wellness journeys.   Responsibilities Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and recording medical history. Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures, ensuring that all necessary instruments are available. Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis as needed. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulations. Schedule patient appointments and manage communication to optimize patient flow. Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and proper skincare practices. Ensure examination rooms are clean and organized, fully stocked with necessary supplies. May participate in supporting the clinic’s social media presence, including gathering content, sharing clinic-approved updates, and assisting with community engagement efforts as directed High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred. Previous experience in a clinical setting as a Medical Assistant or similar role. Knowledge of medical terminology and practices related to dermatology. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members. Ability to manage sensitive patient information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a dynamic work environment. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software.
