Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and appropriate skincare techniques. Keep examination rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary medical supplies. High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification is preferred. Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a dermatology clinical setting is desirable. Knowledge of medical terminology related to dermatology. Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with patients effectively. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail in a clinical environment. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer applications is advantageous.
