Schedule patient appointments and facilitate effective communication within the office. Educate patients on treatment plans, medication usage, and skincare practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and ensure they are adequately stocked with necessary supplies. High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred. Experience as a Medical Assistant or in a clinical healthcare environment is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, especially related to dermatology. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and standard office software is a plus.
