The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to optimize Saudi cluster pipeline, ensuring alignment with global business goals.   Market analysis to identify growth opportunities, trends, and risks – acts as a sparring partner for the Cluster Head in view of all future business opportunities.  Ensure alignment of pipeline and commercial structure and activities of the Sales Force and commercial teams.  Make data-driven recommendations for cluster specific portfolio adjustments feeding into the ideation process via a product wish-list.  Work closely with cluster cross-functional teams (Cluster Head, Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Regulatory, Trade) to ensure commercial interest is reflected in offensive project sales forecasts   Owns the cluster T+5 launch plan and ensures product pull to accelerate delivery of cluster specific projects from global functions to ensure priority project timelines for Patex and first to market are met.  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the Saudi pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with at least 2 years in portfolio management, business strategy, in-licensing or a related role.   Proven track record of managing Gx product portfolios in the relevant market, Proficiency in data analysis tools (IQVIA) and CRM systems. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong cross-functional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
