Maintains a full teaching load of 15 credit hours per semester, with the possibility of up to 9 additional credit hours as overload. Core Responsibilities Program Leadership & Operations Provides leadership for the day-to-day operations, overall health, and strategic direction of assigned academic programs. Curriculum, Accreditation & Compliance Oversees curriculum development, program review, assessment, licensure, credentialing, and accreditation activities to ensure compliance with institutional, state, and industry standards. Faculty Leadership & Development Supervises, evaluates, mentors, and supports full-time and adjunct faculty, ensuring instructional quality and consistency across modalities. Instructional Planning & Resources Coordinates course scheduling, instructional delivery, learning technologies, equipment, materials, and safety practices to support high-quality education. Fiscal Management & Collaboration Assists with budget planning, ensures fiscal viability of programs, and collaborates with college departments, industry partners, and community stakeholders to support student success. Education: Master’s degree in Education or a related field from an accredited institution. Experience: Strong classroom management skills. Experience working with students with learning disabilities or a demonstrated willingness to learn. Ability to teach in face-to-face, hybrid, and/or online instructional modalities. Effective communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Availability to begin in the Fall semester .
