Assisting the Head of Sales and the Deputy Head of Sales in hosting client presentations where required in view of increasing the Tatu City, Oaklands client database. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients as well as understanding their property needs. Collating market data and intelligence on all Rendeavour's key markets in Kenya and provide quarterly report on trends. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Sales and or the Deputy Head of Sales. Make use of CRM (sales force) to record ALL sales activities. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in sales, marketing or business studies in a recognized institution Wide and productive network in the Kenyan business circles Over 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing of real estate properties and or liaising with companies on real estate or business development matters.
