Developing and maintaining relationships with clients as well as understanding their property needs. Collating market data and intelligence on all Rendeavour's key markets in Kenya and provide quarterly report on trends. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Sales and or the Deputy Head of Sales. Make use of CRM (sales force) to record ALL sales activities. A bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business studies, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales, or in business development with a focus on selling properties in Kiambuu Extensive professional network in the Kenyan business sector.
