You will identify growth opportunities for our ATM footprint, build win-win partnerships with landlords and location owners, and use data to guide decisions that improve network performance and profitability. What you ‘ll do Own and improve ATM profitability by analyzing P&L drivers, transaction volumes and operating costs; propose actions to optimize performance and align with profitability targets Conduct market research to evaluate current and potential ATM locations; including financial forecasts and demographic analyses, prepare and present clear business cases (i.e. ROI, risk) for new placements and relocations Track market trends and competitor activities to spot opportunities and anticipate risks Develop and maintain relationships with landlords to secure optimal ATM placements; address issues and negotiate favorable terms Lead commercial and lease negotiations end-to-end, ensuring terms align with growth goals, profitability requirements, and legal/compliance standards Contribute the ATM installation process in collaboration with the Operations team and external subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery Maintain accurate activity and pipeline updates in business systems, prepare stakeholder-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate data into clear actions What you ‘ll bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field Proven experience in business development, sales/account management, commercial real estate, or network expansion—supported by strong analytical skills and comfort with data Strong negotiation skills Familiarity with Banking or Tech will be considered as a plus Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in Greek & English language Willingness to travel occasionally and as required to support location assessments and partner meetings
