Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proficient in spreadsheets, including pivot tables and some automation. Good analytical thinking and awareness of market trends, especially in the German SMB space. Detail-oriented and careful in work. Comfortable using reports, databases, and CRM systems.
