Driving outbound pipeline generation and ensuring consistent host acquisition performance. Leading high-quality consultative engagements with professional property managers. Collaborating with Airbnb’s Growth and Marketplace teams to refine targeting strategies and optimize outreach cadences. Building and scaling a high-performing multilingual sales team from the ground up. Leveraging data-driven insights to improve acquisition workflows and performance.
