Strong understanding of online platforms and their associated functions. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer inquiries. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
