What we’re looking for Native or fluent  Danish , plus solid  English  communication skills (both written and verbal) A passion for delivering exceptional customer service Calmness under pressure and the ability to multitask like a pro Problem-solving initiative and eagerness to take ownership Openness to feedback and personal development Strong computer literacy (experience with CRM systems is a plus) Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is beneficial
