What you bring Fluent  English  +  Norwegian Proven experience in customer support (chat/email based) Comfortable working night shifts Good judgment and attention to detail Ability to work independently Calm, structured communication style You need previous experience in customer support. We’re looking for people who already know how to: Work with live chat, email and customer cases Handle multiple conversations at once Stay professional in fast-paced environments Understand service, systems and customer responsibility Experience in  iGaming  is a big plus.
