Your daily responsibilities will include: Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat Providing clear information about products and services Guiding customers through troubleshooting and solutions Handling each interaction with patience, structure, and care Contributing to a supportive and professional team environment Fluent in Dutch with strong English skills Comfortable with technology and structured processes Experienced in customer service (preferred but not mandatory) Attentive, solution-oriented, and confident in communication Motivated to grow in an international environment
