We are looking for  Travel Product Development  who can bridge the gap between world-class negotiation and digital product excellence The role: As a product development for your assigned destinations, you will own the entire lifecycle of the product. You aren't just designing an itinerary; you are managing a digital business unit. You will be responsible for the  profitability, competitiveness, and digital performance  of your destinations, ensuring that our travelers receive an unforgettable experience while Exoticca maintains its lead as the most innovative player in the market. What will be your main responsibilities? End-to-End Ownership:  Lead the strategy for your destinations, from identifying market opportunities and sourcing new providers to defining the digital merchandising strategy. Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation:  Leverage your commercial expertise to build strong partnerships with global providers, ensuring the best quality-to-price ratio in the industry. Data-Driven Optimization:  Use internal and external data (conversion rates, margins, customer feedback, and market trends) to iterate and improve your product portfolio constantly. Agile Adaptation:  In a fast-paced digital environment, you will pivot strategies based on real-time performance, seasonality, and global travel shifts. Quality & Experience:  Be the guardian of the customer journey. You will monitor the "on-the-ground" experience to ensure every itinerary meets Exoticca’s high standards of excellence. Over 3 years of experience in the online travel industry. Negotiating skills. Analytic skills. Experience in contracting land products. Travel network and product portfolio.
