Provide sales floor support for the showroom as needed for business coverage during peak hours, breaks, store events, etc. Own a sales goal appropriate aligned with personal selling hours throughout the week 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in an operational or leadership support role Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with POS systems and inventory management tools preferred Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
