Communicate customer insights to marketing and product teams for continuous improvement. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Fluent, professional English communication skills. Strong grasp of CRM tools and digital sales platforms. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and retain product knowledge quickly Confidence, curiosity, and excellent listening skills. A history of high performance in quota-carrying roles is a strong plus.
