Duties and Responsibilities: Drive employee engagement initiatives to increase employee satisfaction & retention Act as a culture champion within the organization to promote a positive work environment Develop & implement strategies to promote employee engagement & improve company culture. Collaborate with other departments to develop & execute strategies to promote HR initiatives and & engagement programs Conduct data analysis to identify trends, provide insights & recommend solutions to improve employee engagement Manage employee surveys, focus groups & other feedback mechanisms to gather insights on employee engagement and job satisfaction. Assist with the development of employee communications, company-wide messages & company collateral. Assist in operational tasks related to associate lifecycle. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field Atleast 2 years of related experience. Strong data analytics &interpretation skills Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels. Knowledge of HR policies & best practices Ability to work independently & prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision Should be a team player
