Key Responsibilities: Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating lighting exhibitions, project showcases, and corporate events. Vendor Management: Support communication with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality event setups. Logistics & Scheduling: Help manage event timelines and the logistics of transporting lighting equipment and display units. On-site Support: Assist with on-site event setup, ensuring our lighting solutions are displayed and functioning perfectly. Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure smooth communication between our internal technical teams, clients, and event partners. Eligibility Requirements (Tamheer Program) Saudi national Diploma (minimum one academic year) or Bachelor’s degree or higher Unemployed for at least 6 months Not currently registered with GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) Not previously enrolled in the Tamheer program Based in Riyadh Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive attitude with a strong interest in event management Interest in innovative technology and digital tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
