The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation abilities, allowing them to clearly convey ideas, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and achieve favorable results. Furthermore, the candidate must be adept at working collaboratively with diverse teams across sales, operations, procurement, and customer engagement, promoting a cooperative atmosphere to reach shared objectives. Bachelor's degree Proficiency in English at a very good level is crucial for effective communication within our multinational environment. Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred, as it offers a valuable understanding of the local business environment, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
