Over time, you will become a trusted technical lead within our team, building long-term relationships with our clients and contributing to our reputation for getting the job done right the first time. Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or service-based electrical work. Strong hands-on diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant Southern California electrical codes. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. The ability to manage your own schedule, prioritize tasks, and work independently. Professional, clear, and honest communication skills. Bonus Points Current C-10 license or active progress toward obtaining one. Prior experience using field service software like ServiceTitan. Experience with modern system installations, such as EV chargers or smart home integration.
