De-escalate crisis situations, support individuals in distress, and liaise with police, fire, and paramedic personnel. Exercise crowd control and remove trespassers when required. Write clear, detailed incident, emergency, liability, and daily activity reports. Provide first aid and medical response when necessary. Use two-way radios and computer applications to communicate site activity. Handle lost and found items and respond to related inquiries. Ability to obtain a valid Alberta security license. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service abilities. Strong observational and situational awareness skills. Ability to make rapid decisions while remaining calm during emergency situations. Ability to walk 18–20 km per shift and climb stairs as required. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. High School Diploma or GED.
