Responsibilities Assist foreman with installation, service, and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler systems Support installation across residential, commercial, and industrial job sites Learn to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layouts Perform hands-on tasks such as pipe threading, grooving, cutting rods, and hanging pipe Safely operate tools, lifts, ladders, and other job equipment Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Follow all safety procedures and report incidents as required Complete timesheets and assist with material and inventory tracking Support maintenance of tools, trucks, and equipment Participate in team meetings and training sessions Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Work overtime, travel, or be on-call as needed Must Have: High School Diploma or equivalent Basic math and reading skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision Comfortable with physical labor, climbing ladders, and working in various environments Ability to read measurements accurately (tape measure/scales) Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability Nice to Have: 1+ year of experience in fire sprinkler systems or construction-related roles Familiarity with blueprints and construction layouts Experience using hand and power tools
