Responsibilities Perform a wide range of residential handyman services, including: Carpentry Tiling & flooring Painting Drywall repair Light plumbing and electrical work Conduct home assessments and assist with project estimates when needed Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer-facing demeanor Lead and support technicians as you grow into a leadership role Ensure all work meets TruBlue quality and safety standards 10+ year track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience (strongly preferred) Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work Own a standard set of tools Own your own work truck (gas allowance provided) Ability to pass a background check
