Responsibilities Safely operate and maintain your leased tractor and drive trailer(s) under DOT/FMCSA regulations. Deliver freight on time, communicate proactively with dispatch and account for any delays. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain your equipment in road-worthy condition. Maintain accurate logs, stay compliant with the ELD (electronic logging device) rules, hours-of-service, and company safety policies. Represent USA Logistics Inc. with professionalism, integrity and a customer-first mindset. Valid Class A CDL. Minimum 2 years of over-the-road (OTR) driving experience. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and desirable PSP (Pre-employment Screening Program) record. Ability to pass DOT drug screen and background check. Effective at time-management and clear communication with dispatch, accounting and clients.
