Keep the parts room organized and perform regular audits. Answer phones and provide professional customer service. Assist estimators with walk-in customers as needed. Support the team with additional shop duties as assigned. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy shop environment. Previous experience with auto parts or in a collision/repair shop is a plus. Basic computer skills (experience with shop management systems helpful). Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player.
