Currently,  Teltonika US  is looking for an ambitious  Regional IoT   Sales Specialist  to join our office in  Dallas, Texas . In this position, you will belong to  Networks Sales team . Teltonika’s  networking solutions business unit  develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.   If you are  well-organized  and are  motivated  in prospecting and developing long-term relationships with  B2B clients , see yourself in a start-up environment (that has strong support from HQ) which requires  proactiveness , then we are on the same way!   In this role, you will: Contribute to market research, generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call to potential clients Reach out to new potential clients through daily cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication Arrange presentation meetings with potential clients and present our solutions Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing clients through daily contact and frequent visits Attend exhibitions/meetings to represent Teltonika and its products with solutions Work with an in-house built CRM System to log-in accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to best practices What we expect from you: Have 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the North American market Are result-oriented and challenge driven Are highly self-motivated, with excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills Have good understanding of customer relations and huge motivation to work in B2B sales Have the ambition to generate strong earnings by expanding local B2B opportunities with an innovative product from Lithuania Are able to travel What we offer: Work type:  Hybrid (at least 3 days from office); Office location: 5000 Riverside Dr., Irving, TX, 75039 Training:  onboarding on Teltonika‘s internal systems, Sales process, product related topics Career:  opportunities to increase your seniority level in the role, or become a Team Lead in the long-term Benefits:  Company funded health insurance; 401k; 3 weeks of Paid Vacation; 6 Sick days + day off on your Birthday Work Environment:  Multicultural and diverse environment which highly values knowledge and exchange of ideas, supportive and positive attitude in the team     *Only qualified candidates will be considered and contacted for the first round of interviews.
