Effectively manage team workload, set clear priorities, and balance resources to meet deadlines without compromising quality. Mentor engineers through regular feedback, performance reviews, and personalized growth plans. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain cutting-edge expertise within the team. Facilitate clear communication between departments to align development efforts with business goals. Identify potential project risks and implement mitigations strategies to minimize impact. Lead efforts to improve development processes, boost system performance, and enhance product quality. What we expect of you: Proven experience in leading technical teams, managing priorities, and balancing workloads effectively. Ability to set clear objectives, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement across projects and processes. Have experience in providing constructive feedback and career development support. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Knowledge of computer networks, wireless technologies, and switching protocols. Good written and verbal English skills. Ideally, you’ll also have: Understanding of user experience principles and ability to incorporate them into product design and development Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Gitlab) and Agile methodologies.
