We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Head of Sales Region to join our growing Central America sales team to work with Teltonika Networks Business Unit. Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy. In this role, you will: Lead, train, and inspire a team of 20+ sales managers across 4+ sales groups in the Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Caribbean markets, guiding them to achieve ambitious goals. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base and new markets. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new growth opportunities and assess market potential. Evaluate and assess the performance of existing sales group managers and their respective sales teams. Strengthen relationships with key existing partners and engage with potential prospects to deepen business connections. Expand the current sales team and hire talented professionals. What we expect of you: At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in building and motivating high-performing sales teams. Extensive B2B sales experience with a track record of success. Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills. Adapting, proactive, and capable of making independent decisions in a fast-paced environment. Central America market knowledge is a plus. Proficiency in English (written and oral) is a must; Spanish language skills would be an advantage.
