Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the vehicle and asset tracking industry.  Following our UK expansion in 2024, this is a fantastic opportunity to scale in a high-potential market. This role is pivotal to enabling Teltonika to grow our presence in the UK and Ireland.   Location:  Salford, Greater Manchester, UK Head Office, Suite G1, Building 8, Exchange Quay, Salford, M5 3EJ.  In this role, you will:  Take ownership of developing and growing a sector (e.g. public transport) within the UK & Ireland, contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy  Identify, engage, and close high-value opportunities  Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound and strategic networking  Develop relationships with senior decision-makers   Deliver consultative sales conversations  Represent the business at industry events and exhibitions  Create tailored commercial proposals and negotiate contracts  Collaborate with technical teams to ensure delivery of best-fit solutions  Accurately manage pipeline and forecasting via our CRM   What we expect of you:  Proven success in B2B business development / Technical Consulting   Strong track record of winning new business and closing deals  Strong connections and experience within the UK and/or Irish Public Transport sector  Experience in one or more of the following:   Telematics / vehicle / asset tracking solutions  - understanding how to connect moving assets to a management platform to support efficient public transportation operations  Internet of Things (IoT) / connectivity  - understanding how data from assets such as vehicles supports informed business decision-making  Networking infrastructure  - understanding the systems required to enable the transmission of data from assets to end users  Confident in outbound prospecting and building pipeline from scratch  Commercially driven with a strong focus on revenue and growth  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  English language skills (both written and spoken)  A willingness to travel nationally to meet prospective clients and close new business  Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle   👉 Direct telematics or asset tracking experience is beneficial - but we welcome strong candidates from adjacent tech markets.  What we offer:   An attractive basic salary and highly rewarding commission structure, which is uncapped and based on deal income  Car Allowance  Opportunity to build your own market within a global business  Sell proven, scalable IoT solutions used worldwide  Strong product, strong engineering, and real delivery capability (our factory will develop over 1.2 million devices per month)  Fast-growing UK & Ireland operation with clear progression opportunities  Benefits:  Flexible working around core hours  Free on-site parking and 2-minute walk to Exchange Quay tram-strop  Free onsite wellness centre & gym classes  Remote GP, counselling and physiotherapy access  Life Assurance   Enhanced annual leave + birthday off  Pension scheme  Referral scheme  Cycle to Work scheme  Regular team events  Build Something That Scales   If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Darlingtone Mumba, UK Recruitment & People Coordinator,  Darlingtone.mumba@teltonika.co.uk
